DermPath For APC LLC ยท Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what information DermPath For APC LLC ("we", "us") collects at dermpathforapc.com and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name and email when you sign up for the newsletter, a waitlist or a course, and anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
  • Purchase information: when you buy a course, payment is handled by Kajabi and its payment processors. We see your name, email, what you bought and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Course activity: your progress and completed lessons, which we need to issue CME certificates.
  • Website data: like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics/Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and show ads.

How we use it

  • To send the newsletter and emails you signed up for, including information about our courses
  • To deliver courses, certificates and receipts, and to answer your questions
  • To improve the site, courses and emails
  • To show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, including to people who have visited the site or bought from us. We may share a hashed (encrypted) list of email addresses with Meta for this purpose. Meta uses it only to match and then deletes it.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help run the business (Kajabi, payment processors, Meta, Google, and our CME accreditation provider for certificates), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Email: every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Ads: you can adjust ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings, and block or clear cookies in your browser.
  • Access or deletion: email us to see, correct or delete your information.

Children

This site is for healthcare professionals and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above.
